How support works. Fixed-scope projects are delivered to an
agreed specification and include a short bug-fix warranty (typically 30 days)
on the delivered scope. Ongoing support, changes and maintenance are available
as a separate, transparent retainer — so you only pay for aftercare you
actually want, and nothing is left to assumption.
